Alignment and cohesion are of the utmost importance in order to life a happy and fulfilled life.

When the work you do is not aligned with your values, principles, goals, and priorities, it’s really tough to find motivation, drive, and energy. It’s actually a recipe for disaster.

Many Knowledge Workers never think about alignment or cohesion when making career choices, and end up demotivated, unfulfilled, unhappy or even burned out.
